What is your current role in the industry?

With over 36 years experience in business, my salon Griffins in Birmingham is an established award winning hair extensions salon and training academy which I manage.

Loxbox is my second company that provides bespoke education, quality hair extensions and tools to the industry. A thriving company that is now going into distribution throughout Ireland Scotland and the U.K. distributing education via an online video website and providing Masterclasses.

My third role is being a council member for over 10 years for the Fellowship and now an Executive Board member.

What does being part of The Fellowship mean to you?

I am proud to be part of The Fellowship, an education platform that is the best of the best, providing quality artistic, creative and business education to salon owners and young people throughout our industry, Creating career pathways and support.  There is no place I would rather be than part of the Fellowship!
