Why am I not receiving Fellowship e-newsletters?Our e-newsletters are sent by email at regular intervals so if you haven't received one for a while you may have unsubscribed by accident.

How do I order tickets?

How do I order tickets?You will need to sign in to your account to purchase tickets. Guest names are required and you will receive a confirmation email when your order has been processed.

How do I use my privilege bundle tickets?Just call us on 01295 724579 who will be able to let you know when and where your privilege bundle tickets can be used . We are sorry these cannot be booked online at present.

How do I set up my account?For Fellowship members only. Just click SIGN IN at the bottom of the page Menu. Enter your email address then you’ll be asked to set your own password. Contact us on 01295 724579 if you encounter problems.

Which membership should I choose?

Which membership should I choose?We offer 5 categories of membership. Each one offers access to Fellowship events and opportunities.

1. ClubStar membership is designed for any hairdresser aged 16 to 25.
2. Individual Membership is designed for ONE person, regardless of how many salons you have.
3. House Membership is designed for FOUR people from one company regardless of how many salons or premises you have.
4. House Plus Membership is designed for SEVEN people from one company regardless of how many salons or premises you have.
5. Affiliate International Membership is designed for any hairdresser or member of the hairdressing industry who lives and works outside the UK.

Make sure we have your current email and you will automatically receive our e-newsletters with the latest info.
