I have been involved with the Fellowship for at least 20 years now on and off. Being a previous F.A.M.E. team member I know the importance of a membership to the Fellowship. The option of the house membership has given so much to the salon and staff with opportunities for external education and hosting events, along with the chance to take part in the Projects is amazing, alongside competitions like the F.A.M.E. team it really does give you the best opportunities in the industry, and we are lucky enough to  have 2 of our team on both Project Colour and F.A.M.E. 2025. The Fellowship is a must for a creative salon to give avenues for the staff to grow and experience everything this wonderful industry has to offer.

The Fellowship is amazing and membership so beneficial to our team. The opportunities for education are endless offering training and knowledge from the best in the industry.  Our team have also taken part in Projects which not only pushes careers to a different level but gives the salon so much more recognition and credibility. Our Team have been on stages presenting, attending courses and have even been to Fashion Weeks and on television!!  I will be forever grateful to the Fellowship for helping myself and my team stay at the forefront of our wonderful industry and really is an outstanding organisation.

As an independent salon, education is at the very heart of what we do at Tonics. Being a house member of the Fellowship allows me to give my team access to a network of the very best talent available in our industry as well as creative nights and industry projects, that helps them grow and become stronger more rounded hairdressers. I would encourage anyone looking to further their career or salon team creatively to become a member as it’s by far the best value for money I have found. In a time many salon owners are looking to maximise education opportunities whilst keeping a hold of their budgets I couldn’t recommend the Fellowship more.
