Steven Goldsworthy

Steven Goldsworthy, Director of Goldsworthy’s Hairdressing, has over 40 years of experience in the hairdressing industry.

3 x winner of the prestigious Wales & South West Hairdresser of the Year, Steven is a Hall of Fame member with the British Hairdressing Awards, as well as a past-President of the Fellowship for British Hairdressing.

After an incredibly successful career, winning multiple awards, travelling the world to demonstrate and teach, and taking over his family’s business, Steven decided to progress his career even further by delving into the world of Trichology.

Developing an interest in the science behind hair and a noticing a demand within the salon for a specialist in hair-loss and hair and scalp issues, Steven made the decision to study in the field of Trichology to be able to diagnose and offer treatments to anyone suffering from hair loss and thinning hair.

Since graduating at the Institute of Trichology, Steven has been awarded the 'John Firmage Award' for excellence and dedication, has deservedly been appointed the title of M.I.T (Member of the Institute of Trichologist's), and now sits on the board of Director’s at the Institute of Trichologist’s.

In 2021 Steven decided to take his treatment opportunities even further and study Hair Replacement Systems - to offer an instant cosmetic remedy for hair loss with the company Novo Cabelo, to give his patients a stepping stone before undergoing surgery and to increase their confidence and options for
hair loss and thinning hair.

An expert in cutting, colouring and styling hair, coupled with his extensive knowledge of the hair and scalp, Steven is a force to to be reckoned with in the industry offering guidance and treatment for all types of clients and hair types.
