APPLICATIONS OPEN FOR THE 2027 CLUBSTAR ART TEAM

The Fellowship for British Hairdressing are delighted to announce that applications for ClubStar Art Team 2027 are now open.

ClubStar Art is one of the Fellowship’s most exciting projects – being specifically targeted to those aged 25 and under, as an exciting opportunity to help them get started in the industry. ClubStar Art is all about helping the team to develop their artistic talents and engagement out of the salon environment.  Being on the ClubStar Art Team is the opportunity for individuals to grow and learn with the support of industry’s top experts and an invitation to develop your skills.

Billy Ryan and Elle Foreman are the Owners of the multi-award winning Tribe Salons. In addition to winning several salon awards, including The Fellowships 2025 Salon Business of the Year,  Elle has won a number of individual prestigious industry awards, including 2025 “Salon Stylist of the Year” and “One To Watch” at the Creative Head Most Wanted Awards. Billy’s incredible business acumen has also saw him finalise for the Business Director of the Year category in the 2026 Hairdressers Journal British Hairdressing Business Awards.

Billy Ryan and Elle Foreman, ClubStar Art Team Leaders for 2027/28 said: “We’re incredibly proud to be leading the ClubStar Art Team for 2027/28. The Fellowship has had a huge impact on both of our careers, so this feels like a chance to give something back and help the next generation build confidence, create strong work and see what is possible within the industry.”

Mia Guynan, Nadin Hurley, ClubStar Art Team 2026 said “As a young and upcoming stylist in this incredible industry, I have always found myself striving for further knowledge and education. My journey as a member of the ClubStar Art Team has not only enhanced my confidence and self-belief but has surrounded me with opportunities and inspirational learning. Applying for this project and making the team has been one of my proudest moments and I believe all stylists should give themselves the chance to develop and show their passion to our industry.”

The ClubStar Art Team will include a minimum of eight team days spread over the year, and a team photoshoot. To apply, simply upload:

• A digital image (jpeg) of your work (this does not need to be a professional image.
• A brief description of your main hairdressing achievements, your ambitions and what you would bring to the Art Team if successful.
• A 2 minute MP4 or MOV Video telling us a little bit about yourself and why you want to be on the team.
