F.A.M.E. TEAM 2023 FINALISTS ANNOUNCED
The 15 semi-finalists for the Fellowship for British Hairdressing’s F.A.M.E. Team took part in an intense day of judging, with the final eight being chosen.
Held at the WN Studios in East London, & hosted by Karoliina Saunders, Chancellor of the Fellowship, the 15 entrants presented their concepts, mood boards and models to a prestigious panel of judges which included Fellowship Hairdresser of the Year Errol Douglas MBE, Ashleigh Hodges, Vice President of the Fellowship, Sally Brooks, Michelle Thompson, Jacqui McIntosh and Ellie Bond. The 15 semi-finalists were then put into teams to present a two-minute showcase with their models, in front of a live audience.
Errol Douglas, who was the F.A.M.E. Team in 1994, said: “The ideas, confidence and concepts the entrants presented were amazing, I was blown away by the talent on display. All 15 semi-finalists should be immensely proud of what they have achieved to get this far and whatever happens, should never give up.”
The eight finalists will now take part in the finals held again at WN Studios, on Monday, 17 October, when the panel of judges will select their final FOUR who will become the F.A.M.E. Team 2023.
The new F.A.M.E. Team 2023 will be revealed at the Luncheon & Awards on 5 December at The Londoner in Leicester Square.
