Consisting of Debbie Gee, Andrew Barton, James Parr and Steph Gallagher, the Fellowship Presenting Team has been carefully selected for their outstanding stage presence, professionalism, interviewing skills and ability to engage audiences. Each brings a unique combination of experience, personality, and industry knowledge, helping to create memorable educational experiences whilst showcasing the very best of British hairdressing.

Created as part of the Fellowship's ongoing commitment to delivering world-class education and member engagement, the Presenting Team will enhance every stage experience through professional hosting, insightful artist interviews, audience interaction and compelling storytelling.

The team will become familiar faces across the Fellowship calendar, hosting major events including HairCon, Creative XChange, the F.A.M.E. Team Semi-Finals and Finals, Projects Finale, the Fellowship's 80th Anniversary Luncheon & Awards, together with creating exclusive digital content throughout the year.

Debbie Gee

An exceptional educator and long-standing Fellowship collaborator, Debbie Gee is widely recognised as one of the industry's most respected presenters and educators. Having developed her craft over more than two decades within the Sassoon London Academies before spending the past twelve years as an independent educator, Debbie has inspired thousands of hairdressers throughout her career.

Whether on stage or behind the scenes, Debbie combines outstanding educational expertise with an effortless ability to connect with audiences, making every presentation both informative and inspiring.

Andrew Barton

With over four decades at the forefront of British hairdressing, Fellowship Ambassador for England, Andrew Barton, is one of the industry's most recognisable voices. Renowned for his wit, warmth and exceptional knowledge, Andrew has educated and inspired audiences across the globe, continually championing creativity, innovation and professional excellence.

His passion for sharing knowledge, together with his infectious personality, makes him one of British hairdressing's most respected presenters and ambassadors.

James Parr & Steph Gallagher

Representing the next generation of Fellowship talent, James Parr and Steph Gallagher first captured audiences whilst hosting the Fellowship Stage at HairCon as part of XPerience Hair Live.

Their partnership began as members of the prestigious 2023 F.A.M.E. Team, under the guidance of Fellowship Artistic Director Sally Brooks, where they quickly developed a natural chemistry both on and off stage.

Bringing fresh energy, authenticity and a contemporary approach to presenting, James and Steph effortlessly engage both artists and audiences through insightful interviews and meaningful conversation, helping to bring technical demonstrations to life whilst ensuring every audience member leaves with valuable educational insights.

Together, they represent the future generation of Fellowship presenters and the next chapter in British hairdressing.
