Jessica Crane Hosts Fellowship Business Event

Running a salon business takes much more than just doing great hair – and in the digital era, it can be even harder for salons to stand out and be noticed on the high street.

With 18 years of experience in the salon industry, salon business consultant, Jessica Crane, is now dedicated to giving back and helping others in the industry through brand building, digital profiling and building a solid formula for scaling a business.

For her Fellowship workshop, hosted at the Wella World Studio in London, Jessica provided eleven salon owners and stylists with her unique insight into how to make more money, retain more staff and build a more valuable, profitable business through her ‘Systemise for Success’ education.

Central to her teaching was Jessica’s focus on helping salon owners clearly focus, develop and visualise their salon’s vision, mission and principles in order to create a realistic concept of their future, and the steps needed to achieve it.
