CLUBSTAR ART TEAM SPEND THE DAY WITH THE AMAZING MARLON HAWKINS ARTISTIC DIRECTOR OF BROOKS&BROOKS

Marlon Hawkins, Artistic Director for Brooks&Brooks, treated the team to a day of intricate braiding, balayage, wefts, colouring and a mini-photoshoot!
 
Izaac Patty comments: “Had a great day with Marlon and his assistant Becky. Such a great vibe from him. Was amazing to hear about where he started and how he worked up to where he is now and still striving for more. Learnt some amazing little tricks that are so simple but effective.”

Phoebe Carraro added: “It was such an exceptional mentoring day that Marlon had planned for us! He really gave us his all and shared a multitude of his techniques with us - this was such a generous notion of Marlon to want to share the craft he has developed by himself behind the scenes.  We learnt everything, from intricate braiding (with the “Marly-Touch”), to sun-kissed balayage top up and creative acid-wash colouring. He even gave us his formula to achieving creativity and always finding something positive from every experience! Overall it was a tremendously fun and inspiring day that ended with experimental play with wefts, colouring, and a mini photoshoot! Thank you Marlon!”
