PROJECT EXTEND SPEND THE DAY WITH BRAND PARTNER LOXBOX EXENSIONS

The team travelled to the HQ of Loxbox Extensions in Birmingham, one of the brand partners for Project Extend.  Director of Loxbox, Michelle Griffin, an award-winning hair extension specialist, international educator and Project Leader for Project Extend provided a learning day to present ‘Tape Extensions’.

Emma Holt comments: “It’s an honour to be working with the team, Michelle and Altho. I’m qualified in all these techniques in extensions learning from each other is key to building knowledge.  It’s an honour to have Michelle as a mentor, the day at Griffins was fabulous.”

Jamie Hadleigh comments: “I absolutely loved Monday’s session with Michelle. Although I’m already familiar with tape extensions it was really great to get a different perspective on them and to see Loxbox! I feel in this industry every day is a school day and it’s amazing to go through this experience with other like-minded extensionists. I love hearing other people’s stories and ideas! I absolutely love being part of this team!”

Lucy Melvin added: "The course was about creative tapes and how you can apply the  tapes anywhere in the head to create bespoke looks. We learned about the choice of colour matching and also creative placement. We got taught about how to cut the extensions hair and blending them to make the hair look real . We Learned how to apply the tapes and the aftercare. It was an amazing course and I loved it".
