PROJECT X 2023 START THEIR YEAR OFF

The team travelled from all around the country to spend their first team day at Nashwhite in Warwick.  After an introduction on the project year, introduced by Lisa the new Project Leader for Project X.  The team shared their moodboards which they had worked on providing the team a little background to who they were and what they hope to achieve, good ice breaker!  

Then in the afternoon social media experts Vivienne Johns & Casey Coleman joined the team via ZOOM to provide a social media masterclass.

Sarah McCulloch comments: “It was really great to get to meet everyone. Our first day started with a get to know each other session where we shared our career journey so far and where we would like to be in a few years.  We were all nervous, but Lisa put us at ease and was so supportive and encouraging.  After an incredible Pizza lunch, we had a zoom with Vivienne Johns and Casey Coleman on social media, where we got to ask lots of questions and had in depth conversations about social media. Moving forward this will help me a lot and I think it was a great idea to have this on the first day. All in all, it was a fab day that I really enjoyed, thanks to the fellowship and Project X”.
