Dean Gleeson is the co-founder of Mengo male grooming, award winning barber and Wahl artistic team member. Being in the industry for 17 years has allowed Dean to express himself in many different creative ways.

Billy Ryan is the Director of Tribe Salons, overseeing strategy, operations, and team development across two locations in London and Kent. Winner of the Wahl Scholarship and Fellowship Member of the Year in 2024, he is recognised for structured leadership, sustainable practices, and a commitment to raising industry standards.

Alongside his business role, Billy has a passion for men’s hair, focusing on editorial and salon work that highlights precision cutting and modern styling.

Marcus is a freelance stylist within men’s hair with 6 years knowledge. Throughout his time cutting hair he has trained with other experienced barbers in the industry refining my knowledge and expertise.

With this knowledge this has aloud him to do photoshoots with the amazing Paul Simmons and cat walk shows working with brands such as Captain Fawcett. With this work it’s also allowed him to travel the UK and experience different places which he has loved and is something he always passionate about

With working with brands like Captain Fawcett etc it’s aloud him to teach other barbers how to use different combinations with their range allowing barbers to be creative with styles. Which always gives him great joy seeing other people in the industry get inspired and push their limits and boundaries within men’s hair.
