My role in The Fellowship
I am the Project Leader for Project X, while also an active member on both Events Committee and Council. As Project Leader I will guide the candidates through a year long programme of education and mentor them in helping them to reach new heights and potential
My industry background
I have been in the industry for over 30 years and I have been very much salon focused while establishing a strong commercial status. I have enjoyed a varied creative career, I am a Wella Professionals Guest Artist and that has led me to getting up on stage for numerous shows and educational seminars across Europe. I am now Co-owner of P.Kai Hair with my wife Jenny. we have three salons in Cambridgeshire and Lincolnshire. One of my most important roles outside of The Fellowship is being a Daddy to our two boys!
What does being part of The Fellowship mean to me?
After joining the Fellowship some 14 years ago, I could not imagine life without The Fellowship. We joined three months after opening our first salon and we did the first Members Night which was a launching pad for us and led us to do our first presentation at Salon International. the Fellowship has helped put us on the map in the industry helping us to attract a higher calibre of employees and therefore increased our business growth. We have made many lifelong industry friends through The Fellowship and the networking opportunities are fantastic.
