What is your current role in the industry?

I am Managing Director of Medusa.  Responsible for the fastest growing salon group in Scotland. Six salons and a 4,000 sq ft academy. As well as Wella's UK Style Director.  My most recent success has been receiving the coveted Business Director of Year title at the British Hairdressing Business Awards in 2021, the most difficult year in the industry’s history.

What does being part of The Fellowship mean to you?

Opportunities.  The Fellowship is the place to have amazing experiences and for making events happen.  Its about looking at our amazing heritage, but also searching for the new stars in our fantastic industry.  And really trying to make a difference for all of us creatives to have the most opportunities in our industry.
