The Fellowship’s mission is to nurture and develop the future growth and success of the British Hairdressing and Barbering industry by focusing on our four key pillars, Creativity, Opportunity, Diversity, and Inclusivity.
Vision:
The Fellowship’s vision is to empower and engage all Professionals within the British Hairdressing and Barbering industry, to play their part in positive change and for the Fellowship to continue to be the leading light for artistic creativity, opportunity, diversity, and inclusivity.
Values:
The Fellowship’s values are clear: We work together to deliver positive change. We are a United Creative Community; We strive for Excellence, and We are Innovative. Central to these core values is our commitment to champion creativity, opportunity, diversity, and inclusivity. We are an independent, non-political organization run by our members, for our members.
Ambition:
The Fellowships ambition is to become the leading recognised Global Brand in Hairdressing and Barbering by creating “Fellowship Centres of Excellence” for Professional Hairdressers and Barbers not only in the UK but Worldwide.
