importantly the new generation of hairdressers whilst running an international precision cutting championship giving all hairdressers from all areas of life the opportunity to learn, grow and share their work.

Mentoring subjects

The mentoring process is developed to give the student the awareness of their control through body position, thought process and the method behind technique.

Our education follows a structured concept using academic lecture, demonstrations, and workshops.

This we have found follows the same concept as mentioned by America writer Mark Twain who said:

"If I tell you something you may forget.
If I tell you something and show you something you may remember.
But if I tell you something, show you and then get you involved you will remember."

Our lectures tell you the information you need, our demonstrations confirm this information, and our workshops allow you to practice this information.
We are not here to change your technique but to give you the information to develop yourself when we are not with you.
