Hayley Hughes

Hayley joined Aveda in 2001 and has been instrumental in building connection, artistry, and engagement. She oversees the development of technical education and service innovation across all domains while continuing to drive artist engagement through educator development, artist activations, and large-scale eventing.

Hayley partners closely with cross-functional teams to develop calendars, build programmes and leads all aspects of Aveda, Bumble and Bumble, and Origin UK education. She brings a deep knowledge and passion in hair care, skin care, and retail service excellence and is responsible for the innovation, development, and communication of scalable omnichannel education programmes to support brand strategy and business initiatives.
