NATIONAL SCHOOL HAIRDRESSING AWARD RETURNS!

Concept Hair's School Spotlight Award returns for the 2023/24 Academic Year! This photographic competition invites all schools, colleges, and training providers offering hairdressing at Key Stage 4 (ages 14-16) to participate.

Alongside the prestige of winning a UK competition for both learner and school, the competition is completely free to enter and there are fantastic prizes to be won.

This year’s theme is Carnival Hair and schools will submit their students’ photographic entries to be judged by a panel of industry experts.

The competition is supported by well-known industry brands, including Denman, Indola, L’Oréal Professionnel, Wahl, Fellowship for British Hairdressing and VTCT.

The School Spotlight Award encourages school-age learners from the very start of their hairdressing journey and is a great experience to build skills and confidence prior to the
Learner of the Year competition.”

The competition is designed to be integrated into the curriculum and factored into lesson plans.
