CELEBRITY HAIRDRESSER JAY BIRMINGHAM SPENDS THE DAY WITH PROJECT X

Celebrity hairdresser Jay Birmingham, who travels the world to work with famous clients, spends the day with the PROJECT X team.  The team had a hands-on day learning red carpet and glamour looks from Jay’s extensive portfolio from vogue front covers to red carpet looks.
