PROJECT AFRO SPEND THE DAY WITH GUEST MENTOR LOUIS DRIVER

The team spent the day at the new Mash Creative Studio, in London, home of Ashleigh Hodges, Fellowship’s Vice President with project leader Jacqui McIntosh and Avlon’s / Uberliss Educator, Louis Driver.

Natasha Brajovic comments: “Today we had a workshop on the approach to a hair colour: The importance of creating the vision is as important as being able to present it by creating the vocabulary and using the language to communicate your visual presentation. Whether you work with the team, clients or brands use emotive language to communicate colours. Today’s workshop is very inspiring, interesting and absolutely helpful.”

Richard James comments: “An amazing day of learning colour from the very creative Louis Driver. We learned how different colours show up on textured hair, and the language we use to describe the looks we want to create. We also created mood boards to help us communicate and come up with our own trends of colours. “
