PROJECT X SPEND THE DAY WITH AVANT GARDE EXPERT ROBERT MASCIAVE

Internationally renowned, Robert Masciave is now one of hairdressing’s most creative and innovative voices, with over 30 year’s experience as a leading hair artist and 20 years as a salon owner. Robert’s trademark style is lavishly extravagant yet extremely approachable. 

The team spent the day at Robert’s salon Metropolis in Kingston Upon Thames.

Lauren Oram comments: “The thought process and thinking behind all of his work was fascinating.  Thank you for another amazing day. 

Cameron Willetts comments: “It was a really awesome day. Learnt a lot about the world of Avant Garde.  Robert has such a wealth of knowledge.  Thank you to Sam for setting this up”.

Idalina Domingos added: “So interesting to learn about his mum being a clothes maker too and how that has influenced how he's thinks of hair work and constructing on the body - makes a lot of sense. And thinking about hair from an architect/design perspective in order to create shapes and flow.  It was mad to see how many awards fill his salon! We also got to meet his dog George too.”
