PROJECT X SPEND THE DAY WITH THE AMAZING CHAULK EDUCATION TEAM

Sarah Spiers, Chaulk Education Founder, has incorporated her wealth of knowledge and exceptional talent to create hair colour education that is brand free, full of hair science and giving a unique learning experience without limitations.

The team were set a task ahead of the team day with Sarah to prepare a mannequin head ready and cut into a shape for the day. Either asymmetric bob or long bob, with or without a fringe!  In addition, the team had to design a mood board using a Pantone Colour for 2022, Very Peri… Sarah comments: “I just want to see their true personality shine, and of course what colours they use.”

Sian Roscoe comments: “The team day with Sarah was so much fun! Sarah taught us how to create bespoke shapes based off the shape of the head. The techniques don’t just have to be vivid colours either, using more natural tones can also give a really unique look. It’s something that can be used in salon and for creative work.”

Chris Donohue comments: “Yesterday was fabulous. Sarah is an angel. I have followed Chaulk Education on Instagram for a while now and so nice to meet her in person. I really got from yesterday how easy she breaks down unusual sectioning and breaking down some of the hair science. I got the opportunity to play with triangular sections on a round haircut. But using a lighter and darker colour on either side, to show how light and shadow effects the shape of a haircut.”

Lauren Oram comments: “I absolutely loved our colour training day with Sarah from Chaulk Education. We learnt how to place colour in the hair for the everyday client but also for the more fashionable creative clientele. I definitely finished the session feeling more confident in colour placement but also more inspired and creative. I know I will definitely implement what I learnt into salon & creative work.
